C’est Cosmique

The sun came out for our second day at La Mailleraye sur Seine. English words ending in ic translate to ique in french, as I understand it. So economic becomes economique, politic becomes politique, etc.. So I felt reasonably comfortable

Lake District to Cake District

We set off from Cumbria at 6.30 pm on Tuesday and by 11am this morning I was buying the first Tartelette aux Pommes of the trip…Parfait. We woke up on the aire at Wissant (about 10 miles south of Calais)
